You see your numbers and your store's design before you sign anything. Everything after that happens on one page, one step at a time.
Tell me about the brand and how you want to sell.
A real P&L and a store design, built from your category.
I review every application myself. Sign on screen.
₹5,000 by UPI, adjusted against real onboarding costs.
A few quick questions, asked only when I need them.
Store opens, ads start, settled every Monday.
I didn't build one storefront template and force every brand into it. DevShop Retail OS runs three different ways of selling, because that's what the brands I already run actually needed.
Your own storefront, your own name on it. Meta and WhatsApp run acquisition, abandoned-cart recovery chases the ones who almost bought, and the content engine keeps your feed fed without you sitting for a shoot every month.
Several brands, one shopfront, shared logistics and payment rails underneath. Good when the discovery story is bigger than any single brand's ad budget.
Recurring billing, delivery-cycle logistics, and retention flows built for anything people buy again and again — not a one-off purchase.
This is the part that normally needs a dev team, an ad manager, and a photographer.
Give me the URL. Your whole catalog and order history move over, on a brand new storefront.
One product photo becomes on-model shots, lifestyle scenes and short video — ad-ready.
A buyer posts, unlocks a perk. Every order has a shot at becoming someone else's discovery.
A catalog message opens straight into a pre-filled cart on your real checkout.
A WhatsApp nudge, then a coupon, brings a real share of abandoned carts back.
The system drafts the campaign and queues posts, paused for your yes. You approve the spend.
This is the short list — storefront, checkout, shipping, loyalty, reporting and more, all handled. Full feature list on the FAQ → or ask the chat below anything specific.
No unboxing, no wearing it. I make the post, they share it — real orders on their code, then their product ships free.
On-brand, their code baked in.
Feed, Story — wherever their audience is.
Gift-first ships on trust; sell-first ships after 3+ real orders.
You're not selling the brand to me. You're renting the machinery that gets it to revenue faster than building it yourself would.
of the profit pool, standard. Zero capex, ₹5,000 deposit. Can come down with your category, revenue and audience. Details below.
of your D2C revenue. Keep Amazon and your other channels; I build and run the channel where you own the customer. Less than a marketplace commission, for a whole team.
A fixed monthly fee. Pricing and commercial terms are scoped to the engagement.
Ad spend is always yours, at cost. Everything else is covered. Not sure which fits? Let's talk →
The standard share; the other 60% is yours. It can come down depending on category, how strong the brand already is, existing revenue, and how much of an audience you're walking in with. You and I agree it together before you sign.
Starting from zero, no revenue yet? I come in as AI-Enabler™ / Co-Founder and build the brand with you from the ground up, AI-first — the name, the catalog, the first customers. In that case, I hold 50% of the brand IP itself, not just a share of the profit pool, because I'm building the brand, not just enabling it.
Every customer payment lands in DevShop's account first. The split isn't a mystery at the end of the month — it's a report, on a fixed schedule, itemised down to the line.
The week runs Monday 12:00 AM to Sunday 11:59 PM. Settlement for that week lands the following Monday, before 1 PM IST — every week, no exceptions.
The full statement is emailed the moment it's settled. But you don't have to wait for it — log into the backend any time and see the complete history: every order, every line item, every past settlement.
Based on real India D2C margin and creator-fit data — not a hunch. Highest priority: high gross margin, low return rate, easy to shoot and demo, easy to gift.
Bigger markets, different trade-offs — added after a follow-up read of the numbers. Full notes in the category roadmap.
Tell me what it is, what category, where it stands today. If it's a fit, you'll have a straight answer within the week and a live storefront not long after that.
Why I build
I love taking something good that someone made, and building the machine that gets it to the world.
